Questions applicants usually ask
How much investment do I need?
It depends on the model. Converting an existing shop can start below ₹2 lakh
because the space, racks and counter already exist. A new Smart Store or a
dark store needs more, and a Master Franchise is a territory-level
commitment. You state your capacity on the application and we match you to a
model that fits.
Do I need retail or grocery experience?
No. Experience helps and we ask about it, but the programme is built for
first-time operators in smaller towns. Training covers billing, picking,
inventory and the app before your store goes live.
Do I have to list products myself?
No. QuickCart maintains the master catalogue centrally. You select what your
store carries, set your price and stock, and the listing goes live — that is
the one-click product setup.
What documents do I need to apply?
A recent passport-size photo, Aadhaar and PAN are required from everyone. If
you have a shop, photographs of the front and inside; if not, a photo of the
proposed location or the empty shop. Business documents such as GST, FSSAI or
a rent agreement are optional but strengthen the application.
How long does approval take?
The Franchise Team reviews complete applications and responds by your
preferred contact method. Timelines depend on document verification and the
site visit; we will keep you informed at each stage.
Which areas are you opening in?
QuickCart currently operates around Sujangarh and Salasar in Rajasthan and is
expanding across Tier 2–4 towns and rural catchments. Apply with your town
even if it is not live yet — location demand is how we plan the next zones.
Does submitting the application guarantee a franchise?
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Every application
is evaluated on location, infrastructure, investment capacity and document
verification.
